CONSENT TO RECEIVE EMAIL NEWSLETTERS

The following data may be processed to organize the email newsletter:

• email address;
• name, if provided by the user;
• the date, time, and source of consent;
• information about email opens and link clicks, if such analytics are supported by the newsletter service;
• information about unsubscribing or changing newsletter settings.

SIA Operations may send:

• free templates and materials;
• useful tips on process management, Google Sheets, dashboards, and organizing work;
• information about new products and services;
• updates to ready-made templates;
• special offers, promo codes, and discounts;
• curated content and SIA Operations news;
• invitations to surveys or participation in new projects.

Giving consent to the newsletter is voluntary.

Declining the newsletter:

• does not restrict access to the website;
• does not prevent the purchase of digital products;
• does not affect receiving a response to a submitted inquiry;
• does not stop the delivery of necessary service messages regarding a placed order.

Consent to promotional mailings must be separate from consent to process an inquiry or fulfill an order. Ukrainian law defines consent as a voluntary and informed expression of will; in electronic form, it may be given by checking a separate box in a form.

Consent remains valid until one of the following events occurs:

• the user withdraws their consent;
• the user unsubscribes from the newsletter;
• SIA Operations discontinues the relevant newsletter;
• the email address becomes invalid;
• the purpose of processing the personal data ceases to be relevant.

The user may opt out of receiving further messages at any time by:

• clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in an email;
• changing their subscription settings, if this feature is available;
• sending a request to siahello@proton.me.

Upon receiving the request, the user's address will be removed from the marketing list within a reasonable technical timeframe.

Third-party services may be used to send and analyze email messages:

• Tilda Publishing;
• other technical providers listed in the Privacy Policy.

Such services may access the email address and technical information only to the extent necessary to organize the newsletter.

If the email newsletter service uses servers located outside Ukraine, personal data may be processed in other countries in accordance with that provider's rules and safeguards.

By giving consent, the user confirms that:

• the email address provided belongs to them or is used by them lawfully;
• they have read the content of this Consent;
• they understand what messages they may receive;
• they know how to unsubscribe from the newsletter;
• they are giving consent voluntarily.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of personal data processing carried out before the withdrawal.

After unsubscribing, SIA Operations may retain minimal technical information about the opt-out to avoid re-adding the address to the list without new consent.
